Brett connects business strategy, customer experience, and product investment with the systems and data required to execute. He founded Stravo to help companies turn fragmented technology into a foundation for informed decisions, automation, and future product development. He is an operator and investor across consumer wellness, sports performance technology and healthcare, where he has led the build of data platforms, AI products and engineering teams serving global audiences, professional sports organizations, universities and clinics.

Brett is also a lawyer. He was a technology transactions attorney at Venable and represented hospital systems at Michelman & Robinson, and he is admitted to practice in California, Texas, New York and the District of Columbia. He brings that grounding in data privacy, healthcare regulation and technology contracts to every engagement, informing how Stravo scopes governance, privacy, and contractual requirements alongside engineering.

Nizam turns business priorities into dependable architecture and engineering execution. He leads systems integration, data foundations, and platform delivery, connecting implementation choices to reliability, maintainability, and the capabilities a business needs next.

He has built and led engineering teams at Yahoo, Skype (Microsoft), Samsung and Chegg, where he managed an organization of nearly 100 engineers. Having worked across Japan, California and Vietnam, he has spent years building senior engineering teams in Ho Chi Minh City, and brings a bias for clean architecture, engineering quality and engineers who own their work.
